Discoveries
“To discover a new aspect, to see the one we love in a new light…”

16" high
Edition of 125

A man and a woman look outward, and yet we sense that they are together, thinking and feeling deeply.  As you turn the piece, reflections appear and fade.  In one view his reflection becomes faint and she appears, his image flickering over hers.  They are exploring deep waters of the soul, yearning to see more of each other.

This work asks you to make you own discoveries, to find your own story and resonating themes.

"In this sculpture, by using the reflective and refractive features of acrylic, I am able to portray the act of discovery." -- M. Wilkinson
